A Southerner born and bred, this New Orleans girl landed in Miami (by way of Tennessee) in 2003. After four years of studying, working abroad, traveling Europe, and a proper amount of fun, she set out to make her mark.
A writer/reporter/editor by trade, this steel magnolia accomplished her childhood dream of becoming a magazine editor at the ripe age of 22. Since then she has held a top management and writing position at a well-known trade magazine for the special event industry while continuing to foster her love of literature. BunnyB moved to Washington in late Summer 2010 and is carving out her path in the District while pursuing a freelance writing career.
She is devoted to her family, volunteering, the U (Go Canes!), reading at least one book a week, and maintaining her Southern values while taking on the world from her Glover Park row house.
Welcome to my life, y’all will love it!

Holy mother of WOW! You’re my hero.
Haha! Thanks, it’s been a fun ride I have to admit:)
Great blog! I was born in Miami and raised in South Florida, though my family is from Georgia and Alabama (so I consider my self a southerner!
). I now live in Ft. Lauderdale.
